Spring

 

The morning sun has begun it's foreplay,

Licking earth's shell,

With it’s warm, tender , sunbeams

 

The spring rain,

Gently pulsating,

Upon earth’s greening skin

 

The gentle wind,

Seductively caressing,

Earth’s nipping buds.

 

Passion boils,

From deep within her fiery core,

Awakening her life force,

Boiling her roots

 

Breathing heavily now,

After months of deprivation

 

Earth explodes,

Uncontrollably,

Her juices flooding,

Through her veins,

Opening wildly,

The tulips, daffodils, dogwoods, crab apples,

Blush with rainbows of color,

Her unabashed ecstasy,

Springs yearly orgasm.

Spring, a blazing reminder,

The power and beauty,

Of our human sensual
